Happy September! In honor of National Self-Care Awareness Month, here are 60 free self-care ideas you can use to evolve in the best way!
I’m going to use the categories from the self-care wheel to keep them organized. You can take some from each category to balance it out and care for yourself in a variety of ways. I also want to mention that self-care is not selfish. If anything, it’s one of the least selfish things you can do. Think about it, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Final thoughts on my free self-care ideas
So there you have it. You now have a list of 60 free self-care ideas you can implement. The best things in life are free. You owe yourself love and care for all the hard work you do. Some of these things require more time than others so you can choose accordingly. Remember, self-care is NOT selfish!
Lately, I’ve been journaling more than ever to reprogram thoughts that no longer serve me. I’ve also been making time to read a business or self-development book daily. Running has been my go-to as a way to move my body but I’ll be getting back to yoga soon. And finally, I practice stillness every day as well as listen to my daily affirmations.
