Sleep is vital to our health and wellbeing but did you know you can use it to create your ideal life? When it comes to manifestation, it’s important to leverage the power of your subconscious mind. In this post I’m going to share some techniques you can implement so you can manifest while you sleep. Because we spend one third of our lives sleeping so why not use that time to manifest too!
Okay, so when I started thinking about this blog post initially I wanted it to be about the benefits and importance of sleep. So I ended up publishing that one last week. This one is focusing on how to leverage sleep to help you manifest your ideal life. We all know sleep is vital to our wellbeing. Without it, we’d eventually literally die, lol. So please make it a priority as best you can. This comes with a gentle reminder that there’s different seasons in life so don’t be hard on yourself if you’re in one where sleep feels like a gift (I.E motherhood, college life, etc). With that being said, continue reading to learn how to manifest while you sleep!

Manifest while you sleep
As mentioned above, sleep restores your body and mind. In last week’s post I went into all the different benefits you gain from sleeping. Your body physically restores during that vital rest. This results in so many health benefits ranging from preventing diseases to helping your mood and alertness.
Now let’s shift to the manifestation part. I want to quickly mention that the law of attraction is working at all times whether you’re thinking of it or not. The gist of it is that “like attracts like” so whatever you focus on, you will attract it into your reality. Since this is a constant law, just to the law of gravity that is always in motion, why not use it to manifest the life you want? Here are some ways to manifest while you sleep.
The first step to manifesting is knowing what you want to bring into your life. Get clear on your intentions and decide you are worthy and deserving of them. It may sound super simple (because it is) but if you’re a First-Gen Latina you may have certain blockages and conditioning (relating to guilt perhaps?) to overcome. Write down your intentions
Once you have decided what you want to attract, write your manifestations down on a piece of paper and place it under your pillow while you sleep. The written word is so powerful. By writing down your intentions as the last thing you do in your day, you’re putting that energy out in the Universe. You’re also going to sleep thinking of your desires.
Here are a few final tips for this “Pillow manifestation method:”
- Release any “needy” energy. Ground yourself and believe that anything is possible, including receiving your manifestations.
- Write down your desired manifestations in present tense. For example, “I am so grateful now that I am earning X amount each month with ease and joy.”
- Do this for as long as it feels right to you. Some manifestations can come faster than others. Give it at least a week. This is a practice and it works best when it is done from a relaxed energy.
- Incorporate other elements such as using manifestation oils or certain crystals that align with your desired manifestations (I’ll create future posts about this).
This pillow method along with anything else you do, works if you believe in it. It all comes down to intention and belief. So try it out without heavy expectations because that will just push away your desires.
Reprogram your subconscious mind
Another technique you can use to manifest your desires is to fall asleep listening to high frequency music or affirmations. Your brain goes into 5 different wavelengths throughout the day. Three of them happen in the process of sleeping. Your brain is in alpha waves when you’re physically and emotionally relaxed, theta waves during the dream state & reduced consciousness and delta waves during dreamless deep sleep.
Why does this matter? It’s important to know all this and use the time as we fall asleep because 95% of your thoughts are unconscious. So if that’s the case, that means when you’re awake you’re living out of programming you received as a child and throughout your life. You can rewire your brain as you sleep.
One of my favorite ways to do this is to listen to high frequency music or loop positive affirmations as I drift off to sleep.
There are endless options to choose from on YouTube. My favorite channels are the following:
- Meditative Mind -You can find frequencies for anything you can think of. Sometimes I listen to one that will benefit a particular chakra or one that will awaken my intuition.
- YouAreCreators -This channel has a bunch of content related to reprogramming your mind. You can find videos of positive affirmations that will loop for hours. There are affirmations not just related to money, but also having perfect health or a healthy relationship.
- Relax & Rejuvenate with Jason Stephenson -Similar to Meditative Mind, this one also has many of videos of different frequencies.
This is a great way to start reprogramming your subconscious mind. In a future post I’ll get into using subliminals so keep an eye out for that one.
Use visualization
A final way you can manifest while you sleep is to use visualization. This one is probably the easiest and most powerful manifestation hack there is. All you do is fall asleep visualizing in complete detail your desired manifestations. The most important thing here is to FEEL as if you already have what you desire. So envision yourself as the version of you who already has the new career, new house, higher income, etc.
Use your imagination as much as possible to truly envision in detail your desired outcome. This is important because you’re already in a relaxed state as you’re drifting off to sleep. That phase between your awake and sleep state is so important and when you visualize, your brain doesn’t know the difference. It thinks you already have the outcome. Therefore, you’ll attract everything even faster.
Final thoughts
One final thought I have on how to manifest while you sleep is to ease into it. Release heavy energy related to expectations and simply play around with this. You get to create your desired reality and the best part is that there is no rush. As mentioned earlier, the law of attraction is in motion at all times and it’s not going away. I don’t mention that to stress you out either. I want you to ease into this and have fun. Happy manifesting!
